Third favourite is D’jumbuck who has won 2 in a row at Flemington. On The Lead just missed last start behind Kallos. All other runners are $10 or longer.

Just missed last start behind Kallos at Flemington. Commands respect.

4. A Very Fine Red (9)

First-up after 18 weeks and has trialled well. In the mix.

5. Curran (6)

First-up after 16 weeks. Prefer to see.

6. Lincoln’s Kruz (10)

Finished 5.6 lengths 5th behind Kallos at Flemington last start. Prefer others.

7. Mr Mosaic (1)

First start for a new trainer and returns after a 10 week let-up. Looking elsewhere.

8. D’jumbuck (4)

In form gelding who has won 2 in a row at Flemington. One of the chances.

9. Bill The Boxer (5)

Resumes from a let-up and has won 5 from 9 but the wins are all over 1200m. Sneaky place chance.

10. Midnight Charm (8)

Has been to Flemington twice before and has placed both times. Not the worst.
