A race over 1400 metres that sees the return of the very talented Ayrton. I Am Superman is the class of the race and will be getting a lovely run in transit while Streets Of Avalon is showing no signs of slowing down recently and will be landing onto the speed from barrier 1.

1. Streets Of Avalon (1)

Lobs straight onto the speed and loves a fight. Super honest and excellent hope.

2. I Am Superman (2)

Its best blows these away but has been a little disappointing of late. Enjoys the trip and does no work from the draw, looming towards d-day for it.

3. Kissonallforcheeks (7)

Hard to knock and racing in very good fashion. Hard to beat here.

4. Aramayo (15)

Geeting back onto good footing is key for Aramayo and while barrier 15 isn’t ideal it brings in the best form for this. Massive hope and well over the odds.

5. Hi Stranger (12)

Excellent run last start. Handles the track and looks a solid each-way chance.

6. Crosshaven (19)

Need a specialty from barrier 19 in a race full of pace but Crosshaven is going very well at the moment and has good claims.

7. Dr Drill (18)

Can’t have.

8. Kahma Lass (10)

Sound chance and Brett Prebble only helps that more. Luck will be needed from barrier 10 but it has the right form for this.

9. Ayrton (2)

Has had huge wraps on it from day one and should be winning this if that boom is true. Jamie Kah steers from the good draw and while the price looks thin, it is the clear one to beat.

10. Inverloch (9)

Going well but this trip looks too short for it.

11. Foxy Frida (16)

Likeable first-up return but will need some luck from the draw. Solid chance in what is quite an even race.

12. Poland (4)

Excellent chance with the right form and set up from the draw. Over the odds in this.

13. Superium (3)

Its get back run on pattern is tricky to catch but sure to be hard to beat against these.

15. Skyman (17)

A little dissapointing of late but its best efforts go close. A market push would be ideal.

16. Bermadez (6)

Knows where the line is with 5 career wins from 11 starts. Good hope in this.

17. Imperial Lad (13)

Lands on the speed and Alana Kelly rates front runners better than most. Great each-way hope.

18. Exceldia (11)

Mixes form but certainly in this on its best efforts and will get a lovely run in transit from the draw.

19. Tokorangi (8)

Can’t have.
