The Silver Eagle is a feature race held at Randwick Racecourse and is run over 1300 metres. It is for horses aged four-years-old and is run under set weights plus penalties conditions. The total prize money is $1,000,000 this year.

The Silver Eagle 2023 Preview
Track: Good Weather: Fine
Yellow Brick has plenty of ability. Just missed fresh and can go one better in this. Pericles has come back well this prep and will be hard to beat again. Benedetta brings in some Victorian form and does look well placed in this field. Ruthless Dame has a stack of class and should be in this for a long way while Kibou can bounce back after a poor run last start.

Racing well. Just missed fresh and should be strips fitter with the run under the belt. Goes right in the mix against these and should take beating.

Poor run last start but can bounce back from barrier 1. Has the hood under the engine to win this but needs to show it.

Market watch in this from the tricky draw.

Quality galloper that is a line finder. Tricky draw but oozes class and is well up to these. Major chance.
