Great betting chance here. Like 2 including Brigantine who got no favours in the run last start and kept coming. That race rated well, the form looks strong and Tim Clark on is an excellent lead for a positive ride. Fox Fighter loves good ground and goes around at large odds again. The favourite Waihaha Falls has claims but looks short enough in the market coming off a race where it had every chance. Eleven Eleven can give this a shake if producing its best & Sky Command gets favours from the draw.

Five of the runners had their last start in the Listed Starlight Stakes over 1100m at Rosehill on 26 November.

1. Eleven Eleven (1)

The record at Randwick is a query for Eleven Eleven but this race is within reach if it can find its best. Should spend nothing from the draw and the apprentice is very in form. Keeps safe and hard to beat in this.

2. Taksu (11)

Improves after a run but Schofield is 2/2 aboard and Tasku has an excellent Randwick record. The market should play a crucial role.

3. Ranges (10)

Racing well at the moment and has a good record at the track. Parr steers for the first time and this race is within reach.

4. Waihaha Falls (6)

Current favourite and has good claims but seemed to have its chance last run and this race looks a bit harder on paper. Suited by the large weight drop however it does look short enough in early markets.

5. Sky Command (3)

Sky Command is a quality galloper that has an appealing running style. It is best left rolling out in front but may not get that here and tends to be a bit more effective on wet tracks. Can win if things fall into place.

6. Najmaty (13)

Should take improvement out of the first up run and usually improves 2nd up. The Randwick record is a query with 3 goes for 0 placings. Keep safe and monitor any market moves.

7. Fox Fighter (8)

Big odds in this. Fox Fighter hasn’t missed the placings from 10 goes on good footing. It was unlucky last run and this race isn’t any harder. Clipperton knows the horse extremely well and the $19.00 is enormous. Equal on top.

8. Much Much Better (4)

Flies fresh and should enjoy a cosy run in transit. Brock Ryan has never missed the quinella aboard Much Much Better and it is over the odds in a wide open affair.

9. Dragonstone (5)

Getting tricky to catch but the Randwick record is appealing. Sherry gets favours from the draw and this race is within reach but Dragonstone is due for another win.

10. Brigantine (7)

Enormous run fresh out of a strong race. Brigantine was caught wide and given no favours. It kicked on well and the booking of Tim Clark here is suitable. Expect on pace tactics to be employed and its very suited to dry ground. Hard to beat.

11. King Of Hastings (2)

Like the second up record and map for King Of Hastings. It hasn’t won for a long time but it returned well enough to be a top 4 player in this field. Keep safe.

12. Superium (9)

Too hard to catch.

13. Surreal Step (12)

Prefer others.
