Track: Good Weather: Good

Intriguing race with a stack of chances below $20.00 in betting. Nugget leads the affair and hard to not be impressed with the last start win. Huetor should love a dry track and is in with a shout in this field while Brutality is frustrating to catch but continues to hit the line well. Atishu will need things to fall into place from the draw but is having a good prep and strikes the right race and Diamil maps Kindly and can give a sight in this field and Sky Lab is overlooked by early markets.

1. Huetor (8)

Huetor should appreciate the dry track here and looks a strong chance. Maps better than a lot of its rivals and gets conditions to suit, hard to beat in this field.

2. Sunshine Rising (23)

Great run last start, the barrier is a massive concern though. Needs luck in running from there.

3. Polly Grey (3)

Needs it wet.

4. Kirwan’s Lane (10)

Racing well and tends to find the finish more often than not. This field is within reach and the barrier isn’t too bad given the field size. Appeals on a 1×3 basis.

5. Surf Dancer (22)

Tricky barrier here and will need a stack of luck in running.

6. Riodini (17)

Good win when well backed last start. No favours from the draw but Tim Clark is a likeable booking and this race is suitable.

7. Berdibek (6)

Can’t have.

8. Lion’s Roar (9)

Likeable return, respect any market moves.

9. Sky Lab (1)

Sky Lab demands respect in this field and should get a nice run from barrier 1. Parr is an under rated jockey and Sky Lab is an underrated horse. It has the right form for this field and goes on top.

10. Skyman (18)

Can’t have.

11. Atishu (20)

Barrier 20 the knock for Atishu but it has been very good the past few runs. Trip suits and field suits, just luck in running needed from the draw.

12. New Mandate (5)

Liked the first up effort and should be strips fitter. Collett hops aboard and the map looks better than most of its rivals. Keep very safe.

13. Bartholomeu Dias (11)

Prefer others.

14. Diamil (4)

Put Diamil on top but not a race I’m overly keen to get involved with just because of the field size and luck in running needed. Like the form, map and jockey here, this race is suitable and Diamil flies over the trip. Top selection.

15. Aramayo (16)

Keep an eye on the market.

16. Dajraan (19)

Dajraan has good claims in this but will need some luck from the draw. The stable are absolutely airborne and this race is within reach.

17. Brutality (14)

Keeps finding the line and can be tricky to catch for punters. On a wet surface I’d be giving it a solid chance but simply can’t have with the dry track record.

18. Spirit Ridge (2)

Prefer others.

19. Longvillers (24)

Barrier 24 will make life tricky but liked it last run and the form around Uncle Bryn should hold strong in this. Keep safe.

20. Wild Planet (13)

Needs to lift.

21. Purple Sector (7)

Liked the chances of Purple Sector last run and its finishing position didn’t quite align with its effort. Needs some luck with its running pattern but like good footing and can win this.

22. Nugget (15)

Hard to beat off a super impressive run last start. Things will need to fall into place from the barrier with the large field and the odds seem short enough given the luck in running required however Nugget is the clear horse to beat, albeit has been very well found.

23. Parry Sound (12)

Needs easier.

24. Cisco Bay (21)

Prefer others.
