Open field. Atishu is dual nommed and goes on top if racing here. Won last years race and looks on track to do the same. Atishu easily had the measure of Zougotcha when they met however the latter has good claims against this lot, finds barrier 1 and J-Mac sticks. Hard to beat again. Semana is having a superb prep and maps for a gun run while Olentia was very good last start and goes in the mix.

1. Atishu (2)

Excellent effort last start and looks suited from barrier 2. Atishu took out last years edition and comes up a big price to be doing the same. Shouldn’t be far off them from barrier 2 and with clean air in the straight looks very hard to beat.

2. Zougotcha (1)

Looks the winner if Atishu is scratched. Aided by a 12/10 from J-Mac last run to land the win and can notch up another win here. Does no work from the draw – hard to beat.

3. Campionessa (13)

Can’t have.

4. Ruthless Dame (16)

Good effort last start but will need a good ride from 16. Has form around Olentia but has to find to be turning the tables. Leaning to others.

5. Semana (4)

Having a superb prep and maps well from barrier 4 worth Gibbons steering. Has form around the favourite and looks a big chance in this at likeable each way odds.

6. Olentia (10)

Was testing punters patience but came out with a strong win last start and can go on with things here. This field is harder but Berry sticks and like its chances against this lot. Big hope.

7. Eternal Flame (6)

Can’t have.

8. Foxy Frida (15)  – scratched

9. Renaissance Woman (7)

This looks too tough.

10. Madame Pommery (12)

No luck in its past 2 starts and was solid in the Coolmore 2 back. Not hopeless in this

11. Osmose (11)

Prefer others.

12. Barbie’s Fox (9)

Can’t have.

13. More Secrets (5)

This looks too tough.

14. Tropical Squall (3)

Goes in the mix in a tricky race. Maps for a good run and chances aided by any on pace bias on the day. Good chance.

15. Arctic Glamour (14)

Prefer others.

16. Makarena (8)

Talented and had absolutely no luck behind Olentia when bolting. Big odds in this and can bounce back with clean air.

17. Tiz Invincible (17)

Prefer others.
