Short Shorts bumped into a smart one last time and will be hard to beat on the quick back up. Expat looks back in form after a strong last start second. Healing Oasis made an impressive OZ debut and can go on with things in this while the best version of Finepoint would give this race a shake and it maps well from its draw.

Becoming too costly too catch. Can rattle home into the placings but would like to see it notch up another win.

Won this race last year and is ticking along okay. Maps well and gets the right race.

Flopped last start but was coming along okay prior to that and this is the right race to find form in.

Could be too tricky from out there.

8. Healing Oasis (18)

Likeable OZ debut and gets the right race to go on with things. Tough draw but stacked with upside and hard to beat in this field.

Has its convictions and can be tricky to catch. Can win with luck.

Should improve over further.

12. Sur La Mer (3)

Respect any market moves.

Beaten by a smart horse and ride last start and that looks the right form for this. Tough draw but suited by the trip and most of these have plenty of convictions. Goes on top.

Good chance in this. Weighted well and ripped home in good splits last start. The barrier is the big knock and where it gets too in the run will be vital for its chances.
