Reisling Stakes 2023 Race Details
Race 3 at Randwick racecourse on Saturday the 4th of March 2023.
The Reisling Stakes is a Group 2 race held at Randwick Racecourse and is run over 1200 metres. It is run under set weight conditions and is for fillies aged two-years-old. The total prize money is $300,000 this year.

Reisling Stakes 2023 Preview
Track: Fine Weather: Good
Learning To Fly leads the market and met most of this field last start. Schofield does the steering and it maps to settle handier than last time. It looks the winner. Kundalini draws to do no work and has a length to find on the favourite. James Mcdonald jumps on. Facile is on the quick back up and was soid last start. Gap to the rest.
Reisling Stakes 2023 Runner by Runner
1. Learning To Fly (2)
Looks the winner. Had most of these covered last start, is extremely well in at the weights and maps well from barrier 2. Should be able to sit just off them and run over this lot.
2. Kundalini (1)
Has to find a length on the favourite and meets it worse at the weights. Barrier 1 and James McDonald on are both ticks. It can pose the main danger to the on top selection and favourite.
3. Facile (4)
Rock hard fit and on the quick back up after last week. It was a commendable effort and Tim Clark will give Facile every chance from barrier 4. That form from last week should hold up in this and the stable are in form.
4. Cigar Flick (6)
Has to find 3 lengths on the favourite in this and hard to see it turning the tables. Place chance but deserves to be in the double figures range.
5. Kimmela (5)
Can’t have.
6. Mathkoora (3)
Trialled nicest earlier in the week. Maps well and should run well against these fresh. Worth keeping an eye on the market for any late moves.
