Hobartville Stakes 2024 Preview
Track: Good Weather: Fine
Tom Kitten comes up favourite and maps for a sweet run. Pass mark fresh and should give this race a shake. Encap is a favourite of mine and has the turn of foot to give this race a shake. Celestial Legend needs to lift off the fresh run but does have the ability. Les Vampires resumed a winner and can go on with things here. Ducasse has always shown above average ability and plenty to like about the first up win while Fukubana is short but gets J-Mac and needs respect.

Sound return fresh and has the race fitness edge on some of these. Maps for every hope from barrier 4 and Nash does the steering. This race suits and should be hard to hold out.

Got plenty of time for this runner. No favours here with the barrier but has a stack of class and more than capable of taking this out fresh. Respect the market moves.

Prefer others.

Good win last start and form out of the race has been okay. Can take the next step here and gets the very in form Tommy Berry. Can win.

Stuck on the one win but has okay form. Respect any market moves.

Has ability but getting hard to catch. Blistering when on song but key word being IF. Goes close if it does everything right.

Leaning to others.

Can’t have.

Prefer others.
11. Fukubana (5)
Has good ability but miles too short in betting. Can’t see that form standing up.
12. Les Vampires (1)
Strong return win and can control the race from barrier 1. Short enough in betting but respect in a race like this.
