Paris Lane Stakes 2022 Preview
Track: Soft Weather: Fine
Following the early scratching of I Am Bene, 10 runners remain for this years race and they are all geldings The range in age from 4 to 8, and no trainer has more than one runner. The early favourite is Visinari who resumes after a 15 week spell and had three wins and two 2nds from 5 starts last campaign. Second favourite is The Garden who was a winner at Sandown last start. Third favourite is Character who was narrowly beaten when heavily backed last start at Newcastle.
Poland only beat one home when resuming, but normally needs a run or two to show his best. Winning Partner is coming back from 1600m, while Riddle Me That resumes from a long 44 week spell and won this race in 2020. All other runners are currently more than $25.
