Track: Soft Weather: Fine

All eyes on I Wish I Win who missed out on a start last week and looks to have a very winnable contest in its grip after an outstanding first up performance. That being said, Ayrton is a superstar and a massive challenger. They look too far apart in the market. A big gap to the rest with Regardsmaree and Gravina who both will be hitting the line hard late. Cracking race with some talent engaged.

1. Ayrton (7)

Hard to knock Ayrton. It is a superstar and is unbeaten fresh. I am leaning to it for the price and that is no knock on the favourite but over the 1300 and first up this looks Ayrton’s race.

2. Bandersnatch (9)

Solid chance to run in the top 3. Runs well fresh and no problems getting the toe in the ground. Might find a few of these too nippy but not ruling it out to run a place.

3. Catalyst (10)

Prefer others.

4. I Wish I Win (11)

Outstanding first up win, that being said, it beat Gentleman Roy who wouldn’t quick deliver at this level. I Wish I Win has enormous upside and does look very hard to beat but this race is no walk in the park and Ayrton will be making its presence felt.

5. Regardsmaree (3)

Has a super turn of foot and can win fresh. The running pattern of Regardsmaree does mean it requires luck but if a frantic tempo is set it can run over the top of these.

6. Open Minded (1)

Racing very well and can give a good sight from barrier 1. Has quite a few lengths to make up on the favourite so I do prefer others. Top 4 chance.

7. More Than Exceed (12)

Can’t have.

8. Not An Option (5)

A bit tough to catch but capable galloper on its day. Moloney gets the right run from barrier 4. Top 4 chance.

9. Belle Plaisir (6)

Has solid upside but this race isn’t easy. Prefer in something slightly easier. Top 4 chance.

10. Gravina (2)

Handy galloper who can be a bit hard to catch. Anything but ruling out Gravina, it maps well and the stable are in outstanding form. Williams steers from the good draw. Keep safe.

11. Imperial Lad (8)

Should plonk on the speed and give a good sight on this track. Nice odds to run a drum if the track is suiting leaders.

12. It’s Tornado Storm (4)

Unbeaten at the track and has a super turn of foot. Massive leap in grade here but nice value to find the top 4.
