As the market reflects Encap is the one to beat and looks to get all the favours from the draw. He should be hard to beat against this lot. Ducasse is having a solid prep and should be around the mark. Makarena was a strong maiden winner last run and is good enough to measure up in this while The Little Pumper can land on the speed and prove hard to reel in.

Looks the winner. Gets a kind map, has been racing in superb fashion and brings in the right form. Should get the gun run and be winning.

Hard to catch but has the turn of foot to go in the mix and is aided by the kind draw. Keep an eye on any market moves.

4. Chrysaor (4)

Suited out in trip and gets the gun draw. Place chance best in this.

5. The Little Pumper (3)

Has the right running pattern and ideal draw. Can give these something to catch and looks well placed in this.

6. Ostraka (13)

Comes up from the mid weeks after finding the line very well. Harder here but can win this.

7. Ducasse (7)

Racing well and looks the right form-lines for this. Kindly weighted and the returning Tommy Berry does the steering.

Can’t have.

9. Razors (11)

Prefer others.

10. Balkans (12)  – SCRATCHED

11. Disneck (8)

Has to lift on form.

12. Monte Maximus (1)

This looks too tough.

13. Makarena (5)

Didn’t let punters down breaking maiden last start and looks poised to go on with things. Maps kindly and has a stack of upside. Can win.
