Super Impose Stakes 2023 Preview
Track: Good Weather: Fine
Intriguing race. Riff Rocket comes up favourite and maps to control the race from barrier 1. Apuila has been around the mark this prep but faces a tough draw to overcome. Riproar gets a suitable race to go on with things while Kosgei was impressive last start hitting the line with plenty of intent and looks well suited rising in trip with Michael Dee hoping in the saddle.

2. Fistoffury (4)
Should enjoy this trip and maps to get every hope. Like its chances more away from the valley and onto a better suited track. Goes in the mix.
3. Ambassadorial (18)
Tough draw but has the runs on the board and does look well placed in a field of this calibre. Top 3 chance but will need a great ride.

Can’t have.
5. Apuila (12)
Nice effort last start and Zahra sticks in the saddle. Maps a little sticky but if presented at the right time should be hitting the line hard.
6. Riff Rocket (1)
Across from NSW after 2 good efforts to start the prep and that is usually the right form for a race like this. The knock is the price.
7. Sunsets (20)
Great effort last start and has gone in leaps and bounds this prep. The barrier makes things tricky.
8. Riproar (3)
Likeable map and gets a suitable race to go on with things with the very in form Mcneil in the saddle.
9. Gates (17)
Can’t have.
10. Lugh (19)
Racing well in NSW. Much harder here but can measure up to these, albeit has a very tricky draw to overcome.
11. Esskay (11)
Has to lift on form.
12. Kosgei (13)
Hit the line very well last run and looks suited by the rise in trip. Dee takes the steer and is looming around some large odds in what is a suitable race.
13. Ruminate (9)
Can’t have.
14. Enxuto (10)
Prefer others.
15. Bulawayo (14)
This looks too tough.
16. Wings Of Song (2)
Prefer others.
17e. Mickio (16)
Broke maiden last start. Much harder here but does have good upside.

This looks too tough.
