Champagne Stakes 2024 Preview
Track: Good Weather: Fine
Great line up here heavily dominated by two chances in the market. Manaal has the kind draw and looks hard to beat with Kah steering and just the 54.5kgs on its back. The Golden Slipper form reads well for this. Linebacker has been impressive to date and looks the main danger to the favourite. Broadsiding maps a bit tricky but comes off a good last start win. Anode should have its chance from barrier 3 and the stable are flying. Gap to the rest.

Didn’t fire last run but goes around again and gets a good draw here and likeable map to roll forward and prove hard to mow down. Can win.

Has been superb to date with 2 strong wins. Maps for a lovely run in transit from barrier 5 and looks well and truly up to the rise in grade.
3. Broadsiding (7)
Broke maiden last start and looks ready to go on with things. Place chance with J-Mac in the saddle.

Can’t have.

Leaning to others.
6. Tenbury Wells (6)
Can’t have.
7. Manaal (4)
Looked a moral on paper last start and went right on with things. Can get the dream run in transit from barrier 4 and looks very hard to beat in this affair.
