Our Randwick Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.
The main feature is the Group 1 George Main Stakes (race 7)..
Nature Strip (Randwick Race 8 No. 1):
This seven-year-old Nicconi gelding trained by Chris Waller has 17 wins and five places from 31 starts, including six Group 1 wins. At the end of last campaign he was a 2 length winner of the Group 1 T J Smith Stakes over 1200m at Randwick on 1200m, then resumed after 21 weeks for an impressive 2.5 length win in the Group 3 Concorde Stakes over 1000m at Randwick on 4 September. Should be very hard to beat.

Mallory (Randwick Race 6 No. 4):
This three-year-old Not a Single Doubt filly trained by Gerald Ryan & Sterling Alexiou has one win and three places from six starts. When she resumed from a 21 week spell for 1.8 lengths 5th in the Group 2 Silver Shadow Stakes over 1200m at Randwick on 21 August she had a chequered passage and should have finished closer. She finished 0.8 lengths 3rd in the Group 2 Furious Stakes over 1200m at Randwick on 4 September where she had restricted room in the last 75m. She has had bad luck at her last two starts and looks a nice each-way bet from barrier 1.

She’s Ideel (Randwick Race 9 No. 14):
This six-year-old Dundeel mare trained by Bjorn Baker is the early favourite in the Group 3 Kingston Town Stakes over 2000m. When resuming from an 18 week spell she finished 0.3 lengths 3rd in the Group 1 Winx Stakes over 1400m at Randwick on 21 August, then she kept chasing from well back for 4.2 lengths 7th in the Group 2 Chelmsford Stakes over 1600m at Randwick on 4 September. This is a strong field and others offer better value.

Horse Racing Tips: QLD Saturday 18th May 2024
Key Comments There are 9 races including the Group 1 Doomben 10,000 (race 8). The track is soft and the rail is in the true position. Best Bet Angel Capital (Doomben Race 6 No. 5) Debuted for a 2.3 length win at Cranbourne where he came from last and wound up from the top of the straight to flash home down the outside. Jamie Kah sticks and he looks a lovely colt. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Jo Jackson

Key Comments The main feature is the Group 3 $200,000 Belmont Sprint (race 8). The track is Good and the rail is in the true position. Best Bet Generosity (Belmont Race 5 No. 2) She has had 2 placings this campaign where she’s made a big run from well back in the field. The extra distance will suit and she has won at Belmont before . Top pick. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Jo Jackson Each Way
Horse Racing Tips: SA Saturday 18th May 2024
Key Comments There are 9 races on the Parks circuit. The track is rated good and the rail is +3 metres from the 1000m -to the winning post and true for the remainder. Best Bet Easy Campese (Morphettville Race 3 No. 4) Easy Campese has been runner-up at his last 3 races and is ready to win. With the 2kg claim for Alana Livesay he will only carry 52.5 kg down from 59kg last start and hopefully that will make all the difference.
Horse Racing Tips: VIC Saturday 18th May 2024
Key Comments The rail is out 4 metres. The feature races include the Straight Six (race 7) and the Andrew Ramsden (race 8). The best bet looks well placed to bounce back and very hard to beat if finding its old form. Best Bet Niance (Flemington Race 3 No. 7) Had excuses last start when bungling the jump. Looks really hard to beat if finding its old form and there was so much to like about the wins prior. Looks way over the
