Excellent race and very hard to go past Think About It who is a winning machine. Barrier 3 should ensure every hope and it does look very hard to go past. Private Eye maps well and wasn’t far off the mentioned selection. Nash knows the horse well and this race is within reach. Cascadian is capable of producing a big run fresh and does go in the mix against these while Bella Nipotina is very consistent and while she is finding it hard to win she is seldom far away.

1. Think About It (3)

The Everest winner looks well poised in this race from barrier 3. Ticks the boxes for this and simply looks the winner off the picket fence it has built. Very hard to go past.

2. Cascadian (1)

Barrier 1 makes things tricky with its racing pattern but does go in the mix against this lot. Racing well and should be in the finish.

3. Mazu (7)

Unlucky last run and suited to this field. Berry does the steering but likely wants some give in the ground. Place chance at best.

4. Private Eye (6)

Main danger to Think About It as the market reflects. Big effort in the Everest without much luck and looks suited to this field. Best value of the race but does come across another superstar.

5.  Surf Dancer (4)

Can’t have.

6. Bella Nipotina (8)

She’s finding it hard to win but is going very well. Consistent type that can find the placings again.

7. Coal Crusher (9)

Can’t have.

8. Love Tap (5)

Prefer others.

9. Zapateo (2)

Not much luck last run. Gets the good draw and is an improver but looks short enough price wise. Leaning to others.
