Winner of all 3 starts. all at the Gold Coast. Can place.

4. Count Da Beans (1)

One of 2 runners for Tony Gollan. Has been runner-up at 3 of 4 starts this preparation. Drawn perfectly and will go well.

5. Greylander (6)

Has raced 3 times and was a 3.6 length winner of a 1400m maiden at Eagle Farm on 21 December. Can make his presence felt.

6. Stroll (2)

This filly has raced at Listed level twice before and won both of them – the Bill Carter Stakes in June and the Mode Stakes on 3 December. Strong chance.

7. Ekaterina (8)

Coming offa 1400m win at Eagle Farm. Not the worst.

8. Ponca (3)

It has measured up nicely in both its past 2 runs and was soft to the line last start. It maps for a nice run in transit and has run a fast enough last 600m on multiple occasions to be worth considering here.

9. Honkytonk Diva (7)

Won over 1200m at Gold Coast last start. This is harder.
