Cylinder leads the market and did enough to score fresh in a high rating race. Gets its chance to go on with things in this. Libertad showed it had only gotten better off the break with an impressive first up win and is drawn well. Don Corleone can be hard to catch but does have a booming finish while Militarize has to be respected fresh and is right in this mix against this lot. Competitive race.

Seems forgotten by the market. Capable of winning this fresh.

2. Cylinder (4)

Maps well and the first up win was better than it looked and backed up by the clock. Hard to beat and looks the one.

3. Libertad (3)

Has come back super this prep. Maps well and loaded with upside. Good claims.

4. Don Corleone (8)

Hard to catch but does have a booming turn of foot. Goes in the mix and looks a place chance if things fall into place for it.

5.  Chrysaor (1)

Prefer others.

6. Congregation (12)  – SCRATCHED

7. Butch Cassidy (2)

Solid effort last start and maps to be up on speed and giving a bold sight. Not out of this by any means.

8. Moravia (11)

Well backed in early markets. Solid run last start in a harder grade and good enough to measure up to these.

9. General Salute (10)

Going okay but has the out of form jockey and a tough draw. Leaning to others.

10. Nadal (2)

Heavily backed last start and got the prize. Much harder here but goes in the mix.

11. Missile Defence (6)

Can’t have.
