Golden Pendant 2023 Preview
Track: Good Weather: Fine
Espiona is the class of the race and the favourite. She will be hard to beat against this lot. Zougotcha flies fresh and has solid claims in this. Atishu mixes its form but measures up if bringing its best. Sheeza Belter will enjoy the conditions while Banana Queen bounced back to form last start and goes in the mix.

Racing well. Gets its chance in this field and usually finds form around this time of the prep. The magic man is in the saddle and this race suits.
2. Espiona (3)
Class of the field that maps for the gun run and will take plenty of beating against this lot. Should be going very close to putting away a race like this if she is anywhere near her best.
3. Zougotcha (4)
The main danger to Espiona. The map is good, Ryan Moore steers however the third up record is a slight query. Already a past winner at the track and looks a top 2 chance.
4. Sheeze Belter (7)
Change of stables and should enjoy the good conditions. Hasn’t missed the placings from 2 goes at the track and likes this trip. Ticks boxes.
5. Banana Queen (4)
Returned to form with a good last start win. Some query on the form of that race but does map well here and has hit its straps.
6. More Secrets (6)
Too hard to catch. Looking at others.
7. So Dazzling (2)
Looking for further and needs to lift on form. Prefer others.
