This four-year-old Lonhro gelding is one of three runners James Cummings has in the race. He has four wins and a place from 5 starts. He was looking for a run and ran on strongly too late for 0.4, 0.1 length 3rd over 1400m at Randwick on 19 September where he had the best last 800m race sectional of the day at distance. He was slowly away but chased hard to get there late for a 0.3 length win over 1400m at Randwick on 10 October. Looks the one to beat again.

Eva’s Deel (Randwick Race 2 No. 9):
This four-year-old Dundeel mare has three wins and two places from eight starts. She was outgunned late to finish 0.16 length 2nd over 1300m at Dubbo on 2 October, then came from well back to just miss for 0.68 length 2nd over 1600m at Coonamble on 11 October. She is a nice type of mare who looks quite capable of placing here.

Djukon (Randwick Race 5 No. 4):
This five-year-old gelding from the Chris Waller stable is the early favourite in the Listed City Tatts Cup over 2400m. He finished 6.2 lengths 14th in the Group 3 Kingston Town Stakes over 2000m on 19 September, then chased hard for 1.3 lengths 2nd in the Group 3 Colin Stephen Quality over 2400m on 26 September. He drops slightly in grade but has not won in three starts at Randwick and does not look like value.
