Caracapo (Ascot Race 7 No. 1)
This seven-year-old gelding has had 26 starts for nine wins and seven places and has won two of his six starts this campaign. He angled three wide on the turn and finished runner-up to Flirtini in the Listed Miss Andretti Stakes over 1100m at Ascot on 16 January, before being swamped late for 1.14 lengths 4th in the Listed Scenic Blast Stakes over 1200m at Ascot on 30 January. With seven wins at this track and distance combination he will race on the race and should be there at the finish.

Time To Sizzle (Ascot Race 9 No. 6):
This four-year-old mare trained by Martin Allan has six wins and two places from 11 starts, and five of her wins were at this track. She won by 0.31 length over 1000m at Ascot on 30 Janaury, then was tiring late but held on for a 0.77 length win after leading all the way over 1000m at Ascot on 30 January. She has drawn very wide but is still good enough to place here.

Western Empire (Ascot Race 8 No. 6):
This three-year-old gelding trained by Grant and Alana Williams is the early favourite in the WATC Challenge Stakes for 3YOs over 1500m. He ran 1.32, 0.12 lengths 3rd in the Listed Sir Ernest Lee-Steere Classic over 1400m at Ascot on 5 December, then after an 8 week break he broke his maiden with a 2.19 length win over 1100m at Bunbury on 31 January. He is a nice horse but is under the odds in this race.

Key Comments On pace runners suited on this track which is in the good range. The 8 race card takes place with the best in the last. Best Bet Vizie (Ararat Race 8 No. 6) Solid win last start and can go on with it now. Drawn wide but shouldn't be too much of a problem over the staying trip and should have the finish to beat this lot. Hard to hold out. Analyst: Bryce Parker
Horse Racing Tips: NSW Friday 28th March 2025
Key Comments The feature is the Muswellbrook Gold Cup (race 7) and is for Big Dance Eligibility later on in the year. The best bet is knocking on the door and will be tough to beat from the kind draw. Best Bet Merchant Gold (Muswellbrook Race 4 No. 6) Maps for a good run and has put a few placings together in a row. Finds a suitable field and should come into decent market support and be hard to hold out in

Key Comments Night racing at Cranbourne. A decent card to get stuck into. The best bet is a maiden knocking on the door and comes up at nice odds. Multiple short priced favourites look very hard to beat on the card. Best Bet I Only Wish (Cranbourne Race 4 No. 7) Solid effort resuming and has been knocking on the door. Looks the right price to be shedding the maiden tag and should be giving this a red hot shake.
Horse Racing Tips: QLD Thursday 27th March 2025
Key Comments There is a 9 race meeting where the track is rated soft and the rail is +1 metre the entire circuit. Best Bet Strathcona (Townsville Race 5 No. 3) Last start winner at this track and distance after losing the rider at the start the previous race and winning the 2 before that. Jackson Murphy has had success on him before. Strong chance. Analyst: Jo Jackson Each Way Catalina Dreaming
