Track: Soft Weather: Fine

All eyes on Passive Aggressive who is out to make it 5 straight wins. Speaking of winning streaks, Chain Of Lightning is on just that and gets Jamie Kah sticking in the saddle. Graceful Girl is 5/5 over the 1200 and resumes for the new stable and Flying Mascot was only narrowly denied fresh by Probabeel last prep which reads super for this. Race of the day.

1. Graceful Girl (14)

5/5 over this trip so if Graceful Girl is winning one its over the 1200. This certainly isn’t an easy task for her but she is on 6 career wins from 11 starts, handles soft ground and has Damian Lane in the saddle. She ticks some boxes here. Keep safe.

2. Kissonallforcheeks (5)

Excellent horse with good talent but I couldn’t fit it in my top 4 and would prefer in something a little easier.

3. Flying Mascot (8)

Rolled by Probabeel fresh last prep, that is the right form for this so I am very weary of Flying Mascot. It has good class and the right turn of foot to win this race but also did race a little keenly a few times last prep. Can win.

4. Argentia (1)

Decent galloper but barrier 1 may cause issues, as will a wet track. I feel Argentia may be scratched if we get a soft or heavy track so keep an eye on the conditions and market.

5. Hellfest (4)

Dual acceptor who can run a solid race here if they elect to run. Has a nice turn of foot, drawn well, decent chance to fight out the minors.

6. Zouzarella (3)

Massive odds and certainly can run a big race fresh over this trip. Was blistering first up on debut, since then probably hasn’t quite gone on with things but that has been in races stacked with depth. Keep safe.

7. Passive Aggressive (6)

I have a lot of time for Passive Aggressive. It has done all the right things a horse should be doing and gee its recent trial was good. Its a seriously good galloper with a mountain of upside and is shooting for 5 wins in a row. I’m in its corner.

8. Isotope (9)

Respect to Isotope but the chances of a wet track just have me completely ruling it out. Doesn’t go an inch with toe in the ground and I feel the conditions will not be to suit. Will be interesting to see what Tony Gollan does in terms of scratching it or not, if we do somehow have a drying track Isotope has th class to give this a shake and loves this trip. Conditions vital to its chances.

9. She’s All Class (11)

Not racing as well as early days. This looks too tough but inclined to respect any market moves. Has class and can win when right.

10. Throntari (7)

Prefer others.

11. Chain Of Lightning (13)

Flying and certainly knows where the line is. Jamie Kah sticks thick and already is 1/1 over the track and trip. The market looks about right, I still have a good leaning to Passive Aggressive however Chain Of Lightning has done nothing wrong thus far and does look a threat.

12. Pride Of Jenni (2)

Can’t have.

13. Jump The Broom (12)

Has good upside and unbeaten fresh so it wouldn’t surprise me if Jump The Broom gives a good sight in this field and runs a minor placing.

14. Termaia (10)

Can’t have.
