Our Rosehill Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.

Wicklow (Rosehill Race 2 No. 4)
This three-year-old gelding trained by Chris Waller has two wins and two places from five starts. On resuming from a 29 week spell he chased hard to find the front at the 300m and kept going for a 0.97 length win over 1600m at Newcastle on 18 May, then he ran on strongly to find the front at the 150m and raced away for an impressive 1.78 length win over 1800m at Rosehill on 5 May, where he had the best last 800m race sectional of the day at distance. Is going really well and should win again.

Each Way

Belluci Babe (Rosehill Race 8 No. 1):
This four-year-old Per Incanto mare trained by Bjorn Baker has four wins and four places from nine starts. She chased hard to find the front but was run down in the final stages for 0.32,0.34 length 3rd over 1100m at Rosehill on 15 May, then was wide with no cover until the 500m and ran on strongly for 0.15, 0.28 lengths 3rd over 1100m a Randwick on 29 May. Joshua Parr is back on and she looks a nice  each-way bet.

Key Comments The track is rated Soft and the rail is +7 metres the entire circuit and +4 metres in the 1200m chute. Best Bet Southern Shooter (Murray Bridge Race 5 No. 4) Resumed from a 20 week break to run 3rd over 1400m at Balaklava where he was held up several times and ran home well once he saw daylight. The step up to 1600m should suit and he looks a winning chance. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Jo

Best Bet Mannerheim (Ipswich Race 6 No. 6) He didn’t haven’t the best of luck last start when he got a heavy bump at the start and was tightened in the final stages, but he still managed to place. Tricky card to sort out but going for the best bet in the feature who is 3/3 on this track and class can come to the fore. Best Bet Tuvalu (Warrnambool Race 8 No. 1) He is 3/3 on this track and form last prep reads well against these including a length loss behind Pinstriped, a length loss behind Alligator Blood and half a length
