Tailleur (Randwick Race 4 No. 6)
This four-year-old Shooting To Win mare trained by James Cummings has five wins and two places from her seven starts. She resumed from a 16 week break for 2.3 lengths 2nd over 1200m at Randwick on 12 December, then found the front at the 220m and raced away for a 3 length win over 1100m at Rosehill with the best overall race sectionals. She is super speedy and will be very hard to beat.

New Arrangement (Randwick Race 5 No. 5):
This five-year-old New Approach gelding trained by Chris Waller has three wins and nine places from 18 starts. He fought on strongly to finish 0.1 length 2nd over 1800m at Randwick on 9 January, then kept chasing and had the best last 800m race sectionals when 2.3 lengths 2nd over 2000m at Randwick on 23 January. He doesn’t win often but he is never far away and looks worth an each-way bet.

Masked Crusader (Randwick Race 6 No. 7):
This four-year-old Toronado gelding is the early favourite in the Group 3 Southern Cross Stakes over 1200m. He finished 0.2, 0.8 lengths 3rd in a BM 88 handicap over 1100m at Rosehill Gardens on 12 September, then made some ground for 4.7 lengths 8th in a BM 88 handicap over 1400m at Rosehill on 26 September. He is a speedy horse but this is a big step-up in class and I am willing to risk him here.
