This five-year-old Animal Kingdom gelding has only had two starts, but has won them both. He had the best closing 400m of the meeting when he won by 2.68 lengths over 1300m at Belmont on 16 September, then he went straight to a class 3 which he won by 0.29 length over 1400m at Belmont on 28 September. He looks to have a bright future and is my pick here.

This four-year-old Sessions gelding has eight wins and seven places from 18 starts. He won by 1.11 lengths over 1650m at Belmont on 22 August, then won the Listed Farnley Stakes by 1.66 lengths over 1400m at Belmont on 12 September. He has 3 wins and 2 places from 7 starts at Ascot and at the current price he looks a great each-way bet.

Rewrite The Stars (Ascot Race 2 No. 2):
This four-year-old mare is the early favourite in this no metropolitan wins handicap over 1200m. She wound up gamely to win in the last few strides over 1200m at Pimjarra Park on 9 July, then finished 6.76 lengths 9th over 1200m at Belmont on 1 August. She has had an 11 week let-up but has not won at Ascot before and does not represent value.
