Pindaric (Morphettville Race 9 No. 1)
This four-year-old Fastnet Rock gelding has won all three of his starts. Following a win in a 1000m maiden plate at Balaklava he won a BM 59 by 1.8 lengths over 1200m at Morphettville on 12 September and was spelled for 18 weeks. He resumed with a 1.1 length win over 1200m at Murray Bridge on 16 January and looks good enough to keep his unbeaten record intact.

Zoulah (Morphettville Race 8 No. 7):
This four-year-old Zoustar mare trained by Tony McEvoy has two wins and three places from 1o starts. After two placings at Morphettville she just battled after a tough run for 6.6 lengths 12th over 2000m at Flemington on 1 January, then was beaten off late for 1.6, 0.8 lengths 3rd over 1800m at Murray Bridge on 16 January. She should race on the speed and looks worth an each-way bet.

Ironclad (Morphettville Race 1 No. 4):
This five-year-old Dubawi gelding trained by Will Clarken is the early favourite in this BM 72 Handicap over 1200m. He has had eight starts overseas for two wins and two places and this will be his first Australian start. He won a trial at Gawler on 29 January, but both his wins were over 2000m so this may be too short for him.
