Our Gold Coast Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.

Jadentom (Gold Coast Race 7 No. 4)
This seven-year-old Rothesay mare trained by Lindsay Hatch at Toowoomba has 12 wins and six places from 29 starts and has won on heavy going. She was held up at the 300m and took a run between horses at the 250m then hit the front at the 100m and ran away for a 2.25 length win over 1200m at Doomben on 10 October, then was caught wide and ran on for 0.5, 0.4 lengths 3rd in a Listed fillies and mares race over 1200m at Doomben on 28 November. Resuming here after 15 weeks she has won 5 of her 7 first-up starts, has a great record at this distance, and looks the likely winner.

I’ve Gotta Nell (Gold Coast Race 3 No. 3):
This seven-year-old Sequalo gelding has a great record at this track with four wins and three places from nine starts here. He faded in the straight for 1.65 lengths 4th over 1000m at Eagle Farm on 20 February, then led from the 800m and won by a comfortable 2.5 length margin over 1100m at Gold Coast on 6 March. He is on a short back-up of seven days and looks a great each-way bet on a track where he goes so well.

Ventura Ocean  (Gold Coast Race 9 No. 9):
This Raven’s Pass gelding trained by Kris Lees is the early favourite in this BM 85 handicap over 1300m. He is a British import who has only had one start in Australia for a 0.2 length win over 1200m at Eagle Farm on 20 February. He has not won second-up before and has no form on heavy going. With so many unknowns he looks a risk here and other runners offer better value..

Horse Racing Tips: SA Saturday 4th May 2024

Key Comments The feature races are the Adelaide Guineas (race 6), Queen Elizabeth II Cup (race 7) and the South Australian Derby (race 8). The track is good and the rail is +2 metres from the 1200m to the winning post and true for the remainder. Best Bet The Map (Morphettville Race 7 No. 2) She’s has had a 7 week let-up after just missing in the Adelaide Cup and comes off a trial win at Balaklava. Going really well this campaign and

Key Comments Wagga Cup Day. The Gold Cup is the feature and it is race 7. The best bet is in the feature. Best Bet Fawkner Park (Wagga Riverside Race 7 No. 7) Happy to risk him with the wide draw. Last win was so dominant and you can fan wide and win on this track. Very difficult barrier but backing in Schiller. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Bryce Parker Each Way Cruizingdafield (Wagga

Key Comments 10 race program. The features include the Hawkesbury Gold Rush (race 5), Hawkesbury Crown (race 6), Hawkesbury Guineas (race 7), Hawkesbury Gold Cup (race 8). Best Bet Gentileschi (Hawkesbury Race 3 No. 9) Has stacks of upside and a lot to like about the past 2 wins. Rises in grade but looks a promising type that can notch up another win here. Key Comments The rail is true. The best bet is off the back of a strong second placing and looks hard to hold out launching from the good draw. Best Bet Red Red Wine (Echuca Race 8 No. 5) He has been hard to catch lately but was keen on him earlier this prep when he was smashed in the market and ran on well in a higher grade than this. Gets his chance in this field and should relish the drop in
