Tasmanian Stakes Race History

The race used to be held in late December but was moved to early January in 2020, meaning there was a race in December 2018 and January 2020 but none in 2019. It was scheduled to be held at the Elwick track in 2021 but will be held at Launceston as the Elwick track needs further work to make parts of the surface safe.

A major lead-up race is the Listed Conquering Stakes over 1400m in mid-December.
