Malkovich should be hard to hold out with its on pace running pattern. Najem Suhail loves racing here and does have a win over Spacewalk on this track which should bode well for this. Katsu looks hard to hold out and can land on the speed and give a bold sight with the light weight. Rich Fortune is yet to win this prep but has been around the mark and rounds out the chances.

Likes racing here but it has been a while between drinks. Ran 3rd in this race in 2021. Respect any market moves come race day.

2. Malkovich (6)

Should prove tough to beat. Has an ideal on pace running pattern which will see it hard to beat against these. Is a deserving favourite in this field.

3. Najem Suhail (3)

Enjoys racing here and boats a win over Spacewalk. Should get the run of the race from barrier 4 and this is well within reach. $3.50 is a fair enough price.

4. Generation (1)

Wins are too spaced apart. Looks short enough in the market.

5. Rich Fortune (7)

Yet to win this prep. Does have a tricky draw to overcome but gets the services of Craig Williams and this race is well within reach. Hard to beat in this field.

6. Alicia Roma (4)

Prefer others.

7. Katsu (2)

Good chance with the light weight resuming and maps to do no work in the run. Keep an eye on the market for an indicator towards its chances.
