Bow Mistress Trophy Race Information

The Bow Mistress Trophy is a 1200 metre weight-for-age race for fillies and mares run by the Tasmanian Racing Club in early February. It is held at Hobart on Hobart Cup day.

Bow Mistress Trophy Race History

The race was first held as a Listed race over 1200m at Hobart in 2006 and was won by a five-year-old mare called Con’s Amy trained by Heath Connors and ridden by Daniel Moor. In 2012 it was upgraded to its current Group 3 status.

The race is named after Tasmanian mare Bow Mistress who won many top races.
