This seven-year-old mare has raced in Listed grade twice this campaign and not been far from the winner. She boxed on solidly for 1.6 lengths 4th in the Listed Centauria Stakes over 2030m at Morphettville on 16 May, then won by 0.3 lengths over 1950m at Morphettville Parks on 30 May. She drops in weight here and jockey Kayla Crowther will ride again. She looks very hard to beat.

Brimarvi Vehero (Morphettvill Parks Race 7 No. 6):
This consistent gelding has been in the trifecta at his last 9 starts, making it very easy to bet him each-way. He finished 0.8 lengths 3rd over 1000m at Murrray Bridge on 23 May when resuming from a spell, then kept chasing strongly to win by a length over 1000m at Morphettville Parks on 30 May. His third-up record is solid and he will run his usual honest race.

Defiant Dancer (Morphettville Parks Race 3 No. 1):
This Foxwedge gelding, trained by Phillip Stokes, ran 4.3 lengths 7th over 1400m at Flemington on 16 May, then started favorite and finished a length 2nd over 1200m at Murray Bridge on 13 June. He has been costly for punters, running 2nd three times in his 6 starts this campaign and not managing to win. The short price does not look like value.
