This three-year-old Snitzel gelding trained by Matthew Dunn has three places from five starts. He resumed from a 26 week spell for 4.3 lengths 4th over 1100m at Kensington on 3 February, then battled on well for 2.78 lengths 2nd behind a strong winner over 1200m at Newcastle on 18 February. Each Way
Island Bad Boy (Canterbury Race 7 No. 8):
This three-year-old All Too Hard gelding trained by Tony Sergi at Queanbeyan has three wins and a place from his five starts. He knuckled down in the straight for a 1.09 length win over 1300n at Canberra on 31 March, then looked beaten when headed at the 200m but dug deep and fought back for a narrow win in the Guineas Prelude over 1400m at Wagga on 18 April. This is his first metropolitan run but he is a nice type and looks a good each-way bet.
