Our Randwick- Kensington Horse Racing Tips for Wednesdays meeting.
Najmah (Randwick Race 8 No. 3)
This three-year-old Snitzel filly trained by the Hawkes team has two wins and a place from her three starts. She lead all the way for a 2 length win over 1100m at Canterbury on 13 November, then was spelled. When she resumed after 15 weeks she ran a close 2nd over 1100m at Canterbury on 26 February. She can handle soft or heavy going and looks the testing material here.

Van Gogh (Randwick Race 5 No. 10):
This three-year-old Vancouver gelding trained by Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott has two wins and two places from five starts. He took a sit behind the leaders then drove away in the last 200m and held off a late challenge for a 0.8 length win over 1600m at Goulburn on 7 February, then led into the straight but couldn’t hold the winner and finished 1.5 lengths 2nd over 1900m at Canterbury on a soft track on 26 February. I expect him to fight out the finish and he is a good each-way bet.

Heart Of Puissance (Randwick Race 7 No. 1):
This four-year-old Puissance de Lune horse is the early favourite in this BM 72 Handicap over 1550m. He was slowly away and settled well back before working home strongly for 2.5, 0.2 length 3rd over 1400m at Caulfield on 26 January, then he pulled up lame after finishing 4.3 lengths 6th over 1600m at Sandown Hillside when he started favourite. With 61kg to carry and barrier 12 he looks to have a lot against him.
