Our Randwick- Kensington Horse Racing Tips for Wednesdays meeting.

Marsannay  (Randwick Race 5 No. 6)
This three-year-old Snitzel colt trained by Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott has two wins and four place from eight starts. He fought on for 2, 0.3 lengths 3rd over 1300m at Gold Coast on 9 January then was the leader straightening and was run down late for 0.8, 0.1 lengths 3rd on a soft track over 1400m at Rosehill on 30 January. Last start he was well-backed and has run three placings from three runs this preparation. Is ready to win.

The Neon Knight (Randwick Race 6 No. 7):
This three-year-old All Too Hard filly trained by Jeff Englebrecht at Wyong has won all four starts this campaign, with two of those wins on heavy tracks. She chased solidly, hit the front at the 100m and held on for a 0.4 length win over 1000m at Tamworth on 21 January, then chased hard to find the front at the 200m and kept going for a 1.08 length win on a heavy track over 900m at Newcastle on 6 February. She looks capable of a city race and I thinks she a great each-way bet.

Brookspire (Randwick Race 7 No. 6):
This three-year-old Hinchinbrook filly is the early favourite in this F&M BM 72 Handicap over 1400m. On debut she ran 0.2 lengths 2nd over 1250m at Kensington on 4 December, then she crossed the line 2nd but won on protest after being hampered at the 300m in a maiden plate over 1400m at Kensington on 17 December. She has the outside barrier and will find this race much tougher, so offers no value at the current price.
