Our Randwick Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.

Francesco Guardi (Randwick Race 7 No. 8):
This four-year-old Frankel gelding trained by Chris Waller has one win and three places from nine starts. He was held-up from the 400-200m before chasing hard for 0.4 length 2nd over 1500m at Rosehill on 17 November, then was heavily backed and narrowly beaten to run 2nd over 1500m at Rosehill on 4 December. Drops 2kg and should win.

Easy Single (Randwick Race 10 No. 5):
This four-year-old Not a Single Doubt gelding trained by Ciaron Maher & David Eustace has three wins and three places from seven starts. He got clear at the 100m and chased hard without being fully tested for 1.3 lengths 4th over 955m at Moonee Valley on 22 October, then took over at the 150m and fought hard to only go down late for 0.2 length 2nd in the Magic Millions 3&4YO Classic over 1100m at Ballarat on 20 November. Goes well on soft tracks and looks a great each-way chance.

Bigboyroy (Randwick Race 8 No. 9):
This five-year-old Dissident gelding trained by Chris Waller is the early favourite in this December Handicap over 1400m. He kept chasing once clear at the 300m  but the winner was too strong late and he finished 1.4 lengths 2nd over 1600m at Randwick on 2 October. Returning from a 9 week let-up he found the front at the 250m but was grabbed late for 0.2 length 2nd over 1400m at Rosehill on 4 December. Hasn’t finished worse than 4th at his last six starts but hasn’t won either. Will run his usual honest race but I don’t expect him to win.
