Our Belmont Horse Racing Tips for Wednesday’s meeting.

Crypto Queen (Belmont Race 7 No. 4)
This three-year-old Sessions filly trained by Brian Kersley has one win and three 2nd places from four starts. She led most of the way but was picked off late for 1.14 lengths 2nd over 1000m at Belmont on 16 June, then kept coming but just missed when 0.12 length 2nd over 1000m at Belmont on 30 June. She hasn’t run a bad race and looks ready to win.

Each Way

Juliette (Belmont Race 4 No. 5):
This six-year-old Poet’s Voice mare is having her first run for a new trainer. She only battled in the straight for 5.66 lengths 11th over 2200m at Belmont on 12 June, then came from well back to finish 1.87 lengths 2nd over 2200m at Belmont on 23 June. She has six places from her last nine runs and although she rarely wins she looks worth an each-way bet here.

Best Lay

Tumivet (Belmont Race 6 No. 7):
This three-year-old  I’m All the Talk gelding trained by Martin Allan is the early favourite in this 3YO No Metro Wins Last Year Handicap over 1400m. He has only had two runs. He debuted with an all-the-way win by 3.26 lengths in a 1500m maiden at Ascot on 7 March, then went too hard early and stopped quickly in the final 100m for 2.78 lengths 7th over 1800m at Ascot on 17 March. He resumes from a 17 week spell and was 4th in a recent trial. Others look better value.

Horse Racing Tips: QLD Tuesday 30th April 2024

Key Comments The track is rated Soft and the rail is +0.5 metres from the 1000m to the winning post and +1.5 metres for the remainder. Best Bet Chilli Jam (Townsville Race 7 No. 16) She is absolutely flying and has won all 4 starts this campaign. She gets a 3 kg claim for Isabella Teh who rode her last start for a 3 length win. Can make it 5 in a row. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Jo Jackson

Key Comments The rail is true. The best bet can land us a win in the first. Best Bet Blue Steel (Quirindi Race 1 No. 3) Has been sound in both efforts to date and this race lacks any depth. The 5th last start is better than it reads on paper and that is in a race much harder than this. Goes in the mix here. Key Comments A big 10 race card takes place. The rail is in 3 metres. The track usually suits those who can sustain a long run to the line. That will suit the best bet who loves racing here and comes up later in the day. Best Bet Swanston (Grafton Race 7 No. 2) Has a booming turn of foot and while Swanston doesn't have the easiest pattern to catch, this track does suit and that shows with the 9 placings from 16

Horse Racing Tips: VIC Tuesday 30th April 2024

Key Comments The Warrnambool carnival kicks off and the 2?? feature races of day one are the Vobis Gold Strike (race 5) & the Merlin Handicap (race 7). The best bet has a superb first up record and brings in the class factor. The rail is true. Best Bet Claidheamh Mor (Warrnambool Race 8 No. 1) Brings in a brilliant first up record, maps to lead the field and relishes soft conditions. The early price has been taken and this 5yo Gelding has
