Our Ascot Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.
Race 8 is the Listed A.T.A. Stakes over 2200m.
Hot Mix (Ascot Race 2 No. 10)
This Street Boss filly has two starts for two wins. She ran on strongly to take over late for a 0.93 length win over 1200m at Pinjarra Park on 6 December, then built momentum from the turn and ran on strongly for a 1.6 length win over 1100m at Ascot on 16 December. She looks to have a bright future ahead of her and should win again.

Each Way
What About Moses (Ascot Race 6 No. 6):
This five-year-old Playing God gelding is going well this campaign with two wins and a place from three starts. He took over at the 125m and won by 0.1 length despite wanting to lay in over 1200m at Ascot on 28 November, then peeled four wide on the turn and ran on strongly for 0.95, 0.9 lengths 3rd over 1400m at Ascot on 12 December. He has won at this distance before and looks a nice each-way bet.

Best Lay
Forest War (Ascot Race 9 No. 9):
This four-year-old War Chant gelding is the early favourite in this benchmark 66+ handicap over 1000m. He knuckled at the start then fought on after a tough run for 2.98 lengths 5th at Ascot on 22 February before spelling. When resuming after 42 weeks he kept coming in a bunched finish for 0.95 lengths 5th over 1100m at Ascot on 12 December. He drops 1kg but has the widest barrier and others are better value.
