Our Sandown Hillside Horse Racing Tips for Wednesday’s meeting.
White Hibiscus (Sandown Hillside Race 3 No. 3):
Forgiving this Danny O’Brien trained mare who could only muster a midfield finish after being heavily backed in a stronger race at Flemington last time. Her win prior at Sandown by 2.3 lengths was dominant and rated highly. She has been given 45 days in between runs and a trial at Geelong where she cruised home under her own steam. She returns to Wednesday grade here and I am expecting her to bounce back strongly.

Dynamic Duo (Sandown Hillside Race 7 No. 4):
The father/son combination of Tony and Jake Noonan combine with Dynamic Duo. This gelding strips fitter after charging home to run fourth at Ballarat first up, in the process running the fastest last 200m split of the meeting. The long straight at Sandown should suit and with even luck he can make his presence felt.

Bellinger (Sandown Hillside Race 1 No. 2):
Bellinger has come up as the early favourite in the opening race on the card. He has settled worse than midfield and run on into second at both starts this preparation. This is not the strongest midweek maiden but he is likely to be back again here off a moderate tempo. He has had a few chances now to win a race and is not a horse I want to be taking short odds about.
