Exonumia looks nicely placed in race one. It ran the highest rating last start of the raced brigade here behind a handy one called River Rubble. I thought that horse was a good thing beaten at Caulfield handing up the lead so the form looks strong for this race. Exonumia maps to perfection from the draw and should give an excellent sight at healthy odds.

Ivan’s Hero (Sale race 1 No. 4)
The jumpout of Ivan’s Hero was solid enough but it looks a skinny price in this. Exomunia will take some beating and there is another first starter well respected in the market so overall the race has plenty of depth and $3.60 is a short price to be taking when there are plenty of unknowns and variables about this field.
