Former European galloper now trained by Amy Mcdonald at Ballarat. He was luckless first up at Bendigo, then hit the line very strongly last time at Ballarat when finishing second in a strong class 1. Gets to 1800m here third up – looks ready to win.

Fac (Sandown Hillside Race 2 No. 2):
Fac has come up as the early favourite in race two. He has been consistent finishing second in all three of his career runs. He was held up for a stride or two last time at Cranbourne but thought he was only fair to the line once clear. Deep into his first preparation now and maybe looking for the paddock.
