Our Morphettville Parks Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.

Eyes Never Lie (Morphettville Parks Race 1 No. 3)
This three-year-old Mint Lane filly trained by Leon Macdonald & Andrew Gluyas has two wins and one place from four starts. At the end of last campaign she kept battling evenly for 3.3 lengths 3rd over 1250m at Morphettville Parks on 5 June, then was spelled for 21 weeks. When resuming she took over in the final 150m for a good 2.8 length win over 1200m at Morphettville on 30 October.  Likely to race on the speed and will be hard to beat.

Spanish Heirloom (Morphettville Parks Race 3 No. 6):
This four-year-old Barbados mare trained by Travis Doudle has six wins and a place from 12 starts and five wins were at this distance. She was a 0.7 length winner over 1210m at Port Lincoln on 13 October where she was tiring late, then led most of the way for a 3.3 length win over 1000m at Port Lincoln on 3 November. This race is tougher but she still looks a nice each-way chance.

Chill With Teejay (Morphettville Parks Race 7 No. 7):
This four-year-old Delago Deluxe mare trained by Peter Hardacre is the early favourite in this four-year-olds and upwards BM 64 Handicap over 1250m. When resuming from a 22 week spell she worked home strongly for 0.1 length 2nd over 1200m at Morphettville on 16 October then kept chasing solidly for a length 2nd over 1200m at Morphettville on 30 October. Other runners offer better value.

Horse Racing Tips: VIC Friday 17th May 2024

Key Comments The rail is out 9 metres the entire way. The best bet comes up in the last race of the day and is progressive enough to go right on with things. Best Bet Hypeman (Cranbourne Race 8 No. 6) Won nicely breaking maiden and looks progressive enough to go on with things here. Can bounce to the front from barrier 1 and looks a suitable race for Ethan Brown to take out. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Bryce Parker

Horse Racing Tips: NSW Friday 17th May 2024

Key Comments The feature race is the Scone Cup (race 8). The rail is in the true position. The best bet looks a sure thing. Best Bet La Pleine Lune (Scone Race 5 No. 3) Absolutely romped in on debut. Concede it was in the right part of the track when the rail as hot however the race rated well, it had plenty more to give and the runner up has walked in since. Looks the good thing of all good things.

Horse Racing Tips: Happy Valley, Wednesday 15th May 2024
