This five-year-old Ocean Park gelding trained by Jason Coyle has been a model of consistency this campaign. After a win over 1600m at Warwick Farm on 27 April he ran 2nd over 1600m at Warwick Farm on 11 May then 3rd over 1600m at Warwick Farm on 1 June. Handles all types of going and should appreciate the step up in distance. Rates highly.

The Rockwell Scale (Randwick-Kensington Race 5 No. 10)
This three-year-old All Too Hard gelding trained by Matthew Dunn has only started twice. He debuted for 3rd over 1000m at Gosford on 31 December where he jumped awkwardly, raced keen and had to be eased, then was spelled for 19 weeks. He resumed with an all-the-way win over 1100m at Hawkesbury on 19 May and should have improvement second-up. Looks a great each-way bet.

Media Starguest (Randwick-Kensington Race 4 No. 1)
This four-year-old Rubick gelding from the Ron Quinton stable is the early favourite in this 4YO& UP BM 72 Handicap over 1550m. He chased hard for 3.2 lengths 8th over 1400m at Rosehill on 21 May, then was winded late for 7.5 lengths 6th over 1600n at Warwick Farm on 1 June. Has drawn barrier 1 but has significantly more weight than the other runners so I am prepared to risk him.
