Horse Racing Tips: Happy Valley, 1st November 2023

Our Happy Valley Horse Racing Tips for Wednesday’s meeting.

Key Comments

There is an 9-race program under the lights at Happy Valley. The rail moves is in the C+3  position for the meeting, and both the weather and the surface should be good. Horses going forward should have an advantage.

The first race is at 6.40pm Hong Kong time which is 9.40pm AEST.

Best Bet

Turin Warrior (Happy Valley Race 5 No.  8)

This six-year-old Not A Single Doubt gelding resumed after 13 weeks to finish 0.5 length 2nd over this course and distance on 11th October. He made a long run from the tail of the field after going back from the wide draw last time out and can settle closer this time from the better barrier. Zac Purton sticks and he should be hard to best.

Best Each Way

Ivy League (Happy Valley Race 8 No. 4)

Ivy League won last start at this track and distance. He should be fitter third-up and has drawn barrier 1. He looks a good each-way chance.
