Our Randwick-Kensington Horse Racing Tips for this Wednesday.

Deep Finesse (Randwick-Kensington Race 8 No.7)

This three-year-old colt trained by John Thompson has only had two starts but looks to have lots of ability. He debuted with 3rd over 1000m at Canberra on 30 March where he hung badly from the corner and ended up near the outside rail. Next start he hung out again finishing on the outside fence but won by over 4 lengths on heavy going over 1100m at Warwick Farm on 18 April. Has won a trial since his last race and looks a winning chance.

Terrameades (Randwick-Kensington Race 3 No. 5)

This three-year-old Territories filly trained by Kris Lees has three wins and a place from six starts. She’s had three starts this campaign for a 1.4 length win over 1300m at Taree, a length win over 1400m at Newcastle on heavy going and 6.6 lengths 3rd over 1300m at Kensington on heavy going on 25 April. In that race she jumped awkwardly and lost ground finding it hard to make ground in the heavy going. Forgive that run and she looks a great each-way bet.

Green Flash (Randwick-Kensington Race 7 No. 11)

This four-year-old Redoute’s Choice gelding from the Chris Waller stable is the early favourite in this BM 72 Handicap over 1550m. At the end of last campaign he kept chasing for 3.7 lengths 6th over 1900m at Canterbury Park on 17 December, then was spelled for 19 weeks. He resumed for 4.7 lengths 6th over 1250m at Canterbury on 4 May on a heavy track where he only got clear late. Up in trip and not convinced he can handle the ground so I am prepared to risk him.

Key Comments The track is rated soft and the rail is +11 metres for the 9 race card. Best Bet Metalart (Eagle Farm Race 9 No. 9) Unbeaten at both his starts and should be running near the front. Both runs have been on soft going and he should be hard to beat. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Jo Jackson Each Way Thesecondatportsea (Eagle Farm Race 4 No. 4) She’s won 3 of her 5 starts

Horse Racing Tips: SA Wednesday 8th May 2024

Key Comments The track is rated soft and the rail is +7 metres from the 800m to 400m and +6 for the remainder. Best Bet Chosen Miss (Gawler Race 4 No. 1) Last start she was 0.5 length 2nd at Strathalbyn and the start before was a 4 length winner at Balaklava. She’s in form and gets a 3kg claim for Tala Hutchinson. Nicely placed. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Jo Jackson Each Way High On

Horse Racing Tips: NSW Thursday 9th May 2024

Key Comments The track is in the heavy 10 range. The rail is in 3 metres. The best bet has heavy form and looks a big hope with Gibbons steering. Best Bet Bellascent (Wyong Race 4 No. 6) Excellent run last start almost pulling off the win at decent odds. That was on heavy ground and it got within .2 of the winner. Should get conditions to suit again here and by this time of the day being drawn wide may not be

Horse Racing Tips: VIC Thursday 9th May 2024

Key Comments The rail is true. The best bet had no luck last run when a $101 chance and will start much shorter this time around. Best Bet Themoonsaballoon (Pakenham Race 4 No. 5) Remarkable effort to remain standing and hit the line like it did after the horse took a poor step and the jockey wasn't far off falling off. Picked up momentum regardless and steamed to the finish to just miss out on the win. This 6yo was $101.00 that day
