Heaven’s Gift hit the line well from the back first up over 1400m, then ran the second fastest last 200m split of the entire meeting when third here over the mile last start. She looks suited stepping out to the 2100m third up and should get a lovely run in transit from an inside gate.

Amfissa (Sandown Lakeside Race 6 No. 4):
Three year old gelding trained by Chris Waller. He fought on very well to win narrowly here over 1400m a fortnight ago. The step up to 1600m suits and he should get a soft run in behind the speed. Expecting him to be fighting out the finish in a very winnable benchmark 64.

Write The Score (Sandown Lakeside Race 4 No. 10):
Write The Score has come up the early favourite in race number four. She weakened out to finished seventh here last start on the Hillside track and despite racing wide with out cover I thought her run was disappointing. She maps to go back again from the wide gate and I don’t think she represents any value at the current price.
