Tonight’s BBL game is a replay of the Melbourne Derby.

The Stars started big favourites on Sunday night and were able to justify their short quote chasing down the Renegades total of 150 for the loss of 4 wickets.  With that loss it is impossible for the Renegades to play finals now.

While I am fully expecting the Stars to win again tonight – BBL 10 has proven to be one of unpredictably so taking short odds about the Stars is unappealing.  That is why I think the most runs market continues to represent the value in the Stars games.

We have backed both Marcus Stoinis and Glenn Maxwell to make the most runs in the Stars past two games.  Last game, most runs for the Stars ended up being a tie between Stoinis and Nick Larkin which effectively resulted in money back.

Stoinis and Maxwell continue to show good form with the bat and I am backing one of them to convert a start into a big score tonight.
