The Rosebud is a Listed race held at Rosehill Racecourse and is run over 1100 metres. It is run under quality handicap conditions and is for horses aged three-years-old. The total prize money is $200,000 this year.

The Rosebud 2023 Preview
Track: Good Weather: Fine
A quality field engaged for this years edition. Tiz Invincible maps to get all the favours and has shown a stack of promise to date. Hard to beat. The Instructor had one poor run but otherwise was extremely impressive in 2 runs prior. Cigar Flick showed its class in a small field lasts art while Introducing has some strong form lines and should prove hard to hold out in this suitable race.

Excellent 2 efforts before a forgive run to finish off the prep. Should be primed for this fresh and gets the in form jockey to steer.
2. Tiz Invincible (1)
Has shown good promise to date. Tends to do a bit wrong in its runs but strikes a winnable race and can give cheek in this from the kind draw.
3. Fire Lane (7)
Market watch fresh. Has claims.
4. Introducing (3)
I was keen on it a few times last prep and it put in some good runs. Likeable formlines and should take some beating against this lot.
5. Cigar Flick (8)
Nice win last start. Harder here but finds a suitable field and has plenty of upside. Likeable claims.
6. Infatuation (4)
No luck fresh. Should be a massive improver from the good draw.
7. Roussillon (2)
Having a good prep. Should be hitting the line hard and has good claims. Top 2 chance.
