Sublime Diva (Pakenham Park Race 6 No. 6)
This four-year-old Brazen Beau mare has one win and five places from 10 starts. When resuming after 30 weeks she settled well back and chased steadily for 4.75 lengths 8th over 1400m at Werribee on 23 April, then chased hard the entire straight for 0.2 length 2nd over 1733m at Geelong on 14 May. She should be fitter and the extra distance should suit. Looks the likely winner.

Bond Girl (Pakenham Park Race 4 No. 4):
This three-year-old Bel Esprit filly trained by Robbie Griffiths at Cranbourne has two places from six starts. She chased steadily for 0.75, 1.75 lengths 3rd over 1600m at Pakenham on 29 April, then chased steadily for 2, 2 lengths 3rd over 1600m at Pakenham on 20 May. Should place again and is worth an each-way bet.

Nevershotthedeputy (Pakenham Park Race 7 No. 6):
This three-year-old Written Tycoon filly has a win and four places from eight starts and is the early favourite in this BM 58 handicap over 1100m. She resumed from a 17 week break for 1.25 lengths 2nd over 1000m at Echuca on 19 April, then sped out to lead but was headed at the 150m and fought on for a length 2nd over 1009m at Echuca on 10 May. There are a couple of last-start winners in the race and I’m prepared to risk her here.
