This four-year-old Nicconi mare trained by Barry Campbell has five wins and two places from 13 starts. She was a two length winner over 1600m at Launceston on 3 November, then kept chasing for 2.9 lengths 8th over 1650m at Devonport on 3 December. Resumes from a 17 week spell and won her latest trial. Generally strong first-up and should win.

Peace Be Upon Him (Launceston Race 4 No. 3):
This three-year-old Divine Prophet gelding is a good each-way chance here. He finished 3.5 lengths 3rd behind Turk Warrior over 1100m at Hobart on 11 February, then just hel don for a narrow win over 1200m at Launceston on 2 March. Goes well at this track and looks a solid each-way chance.

Herman’s Bells (Launceston Race 6 No. 4):
This six-year-old Master of Design gelding has one win and 12 places from 35 starts and is the early favourite in this Class 1 Handicap over 1400m. He finished 0.3 length 3rd over 1400m at Launceston on 23 February, then was 0.2 length 2nd over 1620m at Launceston on 9 March. I’d love to see him win but he seems to lack the fighting spirit to finish in front so i’m happy to bet around him.
