Our Sunshine Coast Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.

Howwonderfullifeis (Sunshine Coast Race 6 No. 2)
This Your Song filly has won two of her last three starts. She began well but faded in the final stages to finish 1.4 lengths 4th in the Listed Mick Dittman 3YO Plate over 1000m at Eagle Farm on 6 June, then began well and led on the heavy track to win by a comfortable 0.75 length margin over 1100m at Dooben on 20 June. She should race on the speed and be able to win again.

How to pick a winner

Each Way

Lucky Jackson (Sunshine Coast Race 5 No. 7):
All 5 of his wins have been at this track, which make this Casino Prince gelding an attractive each-way bet. After a short break he battled on for 2.6 lengths 4th over 1400m at Sunshine Coast on 27 May, then he ran on out wide for 1.8 lengths 5th over 1600m at Eagle Farm on 13 June. He’s nicely drawn in barrier 3 and should go well on his favourite track.

Best Lay

Star Of Michelin (Sunshine Coast Race 7 No. 1):
This Jet Spur gelding is the early favourite in this Group 3 1600m race. He has won two of his seven starts this campaign but can be hard to follow and ran 5th at his only previous start on this track. He finished 4 lengths 5th over 1600m at Doomben on 30 May, then ran on well for a 1.3 length win over 1400m at Eagle Farm on 4 July. There are many chances in this race and he is not a sure thing.
